MARTHA
A Colombian who doesn’t drink coffee. Ex BBDO, JWT, DDB. Martha loves writing but deleting words gives her great satisfaction too. She worked remotely (before it was a thing) for an ad agency in Miami and a startup in Washington. She has an MA in Digital Marketing and is known for singing the wrong lyrics and wearing epic earrings.
Lucy
One of Campaign and Creative Equals ‘Ones to Watch’ she’s run her own creative studio working on brand strategy and campaigns for clients in Europe and Asia, is always doodling and loves crafting campaigns. She’s also taught at art schools, is a qualified Coastal Skipper and is passionate about environmental sustainability.
