Positioning for the Mars Pet food’s CRM across all digital assets and to create a new platform moving away from individual brands’ messages and creating a conversation with ‘pet parents’ across all their ranges.




insight & IDEA

Good things happen in the kitchen. It’s a place with food at its heart, the engine room of our lives, a place for get togethers and decision making. It’s also a key place for your pet - to wander around, sleep and of course to eat and enjoy a treat. The CRM positioning we created was ‘The Pet Kitchen’ with the tag line ‘Because food is love.’
This platform and community is for pet parents and Mars products to get together. The Pet Kitchen is the place to go to get expert advice, brilliant offers and rewards to provide your pets with both the best food, and the best care. Quality food products for your pet all served up with a large dollop of the emotion that is at the heart of every pet / pet parent relationship.
